Complex Website
Challenge: A large, private foundation needed to revamp its unwieldy website. It required a mobile-friendly site that better reflected the organization’s mission.
Solution: New 500-page built using a Drupal content management system. Several staff-intensive processes were integrated including a free book program, grants management and a publication. Templates allow foundation personnel to manage the site without degrading the site's functionality. Three60 coordinated digital experts, graphic designers and content editors. Workflows are now streamlined, increasing productivity. The site has helped attract new staff to this growing organization.
Publications
Challenge: An international telecommunications company wanted to showcase its latest technology to global clients yet support the local sales force's relationships with customers.
Solution: A 12-page publication targeted by region and market strata. Four pages were customized for each of the 15 regional editions making the piece cost-effective. Three60 handled the complete project: research, writing, legal reviews, design, production, distribution. Produced for 11 years. Credited with growing the business and fostering relationships.
Executive Coaching
and Workshops
Challenge: A global services company identified high-potential executives who needed to upgrade their communications skills.
Solution: Four-month intensive executive coaching program. Two full-day, onsite group workshops on public speaking, executive presence, body language, effective PowerPoints, and crafting memorable messages. Additional one-on-one coaching by telephone and in person including videorecording. Conducted up to three programs per year for four years. Credited with helping the company grow its leadership “bench.”

Branding
Challenge: A large, private foundation had grown rapidly with minimal attention to its graphical and editorial image.
Solution: A communications audit. Reviewed all printed and electronic messaging. Designed and implementated a style guide including a color palette and standardized fonts. Online and printed communications were redesigned resulting in a cohesive look that reflects the organization's heritage and values.
